Data minimisation

We ask for the account details needed to run your profile: phone, login credentials, wallet reference, device marker and session records. Extra documents are requested only when ownership or a dispute must be checked.

Device checks

Account > Security > Devices shows recent logins, browser type and approximate region. If Android Chrome or iOS Safari looks unfamiliar, contact us so we can check the session and refresh access tokens.

Wallet records

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS records are kept with transaction time, account ID and status. We use them for wallet matching, correction requests and dispute checks, not for selling your data.

Retention windows

We keep transaction and access records only while needed for account operation, dispute handling and law-related duties. After that, we delete or anonymise data from active tools and limit archive access.
